1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site, register for a session, or opt in to text messages. By using the site you confirm that you are 18 or older.

2. SMS Program Description

Chris Booth (DIDIN Customer Service LLC) runs an SMS text messaging program for people who register for his weekly live online session and opt in on the registration form at chrisboothofficial.com. There are two optional consents:

• —Session messages: a registration confirmation, reminders before the session (48 hours, 24 hours, 1 hour and 10 minutes before), and a notice when the session goes live.
• —Marketing messages: recurring offers and invitations to book a one-on-one call.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of registration or purchase.

3. How to Opt Out (Text STOP)

You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT or UNSUBSCRIBE. To rejoin, text START.

5. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you and from you. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per session. If you have questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

7. Privacy

Your information, including your mobile number and SMS consent, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://chrisboothofficial.com/privacy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Live Sessions

Registration is free unless stated otherwise. Session times, content and availability may change. Sessions are for education and general information only. They are not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and no particular result is promised.

9. Purchases

Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final.

10. Content

Everything on this site and in the sessions belongs to Chris Booth or DIDIN Customer Service LLC. You may not copy, record, resell or redistribute it without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

The site, sessions and messages are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, DIDIN Customer Service LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of them.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
